SKELEC is looking for a Billing Clerk to join our dynamic team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Post and verify daily meter readings
✔ Investigate billing discrepancies
✔ Update customer accounts and process corrections
✔ Ensure bills are accurately prepared and dispatched
What We’re Looking For:
✅ English & Mathematics are a must
✅ Minimum of 5 CXC passes or equivalent
✅ Experience in data entry and customer service
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills
✅ Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team
