SKELEC Supports Reach for Recovery: SKB’s Shades of Pink 15
Basseterre, Saint Kitts (October 1st, 2026) – The St. Kitts Electricity Company Ltd. (SKELEC) was proud to support and attend Reach for Recovery SKB’s Shades of Pink 15 fundraising event, held on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort under the theme, “A Purpose That Matters.”
The annual event supports Reach for Recovery SKB’s continued work with persons and families affected by breast cancer. According to the organisation, during the first half of 2026 alone, more than EC$9,000 was provided towards mammograms, specialised testing and other urgent needs, underscoring the importance of continued community and corporate support.
SKELEC recognises that the wellbeing of the people we serve extends beyond the provision of electricity. As a strong advocate for healthy and resilient communities, the Company is pleased to partner with organisations such as Reach for Recovery SKB that provide meaningful support, education and hope to individuals and families when they need it most.
