SKELEC is seeking applications for the position of Heavy Equipment Operator – Level 1. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled, safety‑focused operators to play a vital role in building, maintaining, and restoring essential electricity infrastructure.

The successful candidate will operate crane trucks, auger trucks, backhoes, digger derricks, and bucket trucks, supporting pole installation, excavation, trenching, and other transmission and distribution activities. A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional conduct is essential.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate to the assigned equipment and have experience operating heavy utility equipment.
