The Proposer shall be readily available to perform the following legal services, as requested by the General Manager and/or Board of Directors: The Proposer shall be readily available to perform the following legal services:

• Attend monthly Board meetings and Committee meetings as necessary.
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and leases.
• Advise on legal issues that are related to SKELEC.
• Advise on matters pertaining to the St. Kitts Electricity Supply Act
• Advise on individual labour and employment actions and lead employment litigation.
• Defend lawsuits, administrative claims, and other legal claims.
• Conduct Litigation if necessary.
• Debt Collection services.
• Other legal services as needed.
