Basseterre, Saint Kitts (June 24th, 2026) – The St. Kitts Electricity Company Ltd. (SKELEC) is proud to announce its Platinum Sponsorship of the 2026 St. Kitts Music Festival, marking the third consecutive year that the Company has partnered with one of the Federation’s premier cultural and entertainment events.
Known as the festival “Where Music Meets Paradise,” the St. Kitts Music Festival will take place from June 25–27, 2026, at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium and is expected to attract thousands of patrons from across the region and beyond.
As Platinum Sponsor, SKELEC has once again worked closely with the St. Kitts Music Festival Committee to provide critical electrical infrastructure and technical support necessary for the successful execution of the event. This year, the Company’s contribution extends beyond powering the festival grounds and includes the installation of additional security lighting and enhanced power amenities aimed at improving both the safety and overall experience of festival patrons.

The technical planning and execution of SKELEC’s support has been led by the Company’s Transmission and Distribution Division under the leadership of Mr. Rondell Philip and his team, who have collaborated closely with Festival organizers to assess site requirements and implement the necessary infrastructure ahead of the event.
