SKELEC to Close Early for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve 2025
Basseterre, St. Kitts (December 15th, 2025)— The St. Kitts Electricity Company Ltd. wishes to inform the public that its offices will close half a day on Wednesday 24th December, and Wednesday 31st December 2025, in observance of Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The offices will be closed on the 25th and 26th December 2025 and reopen on 29th December. The offices will be closed on 1st and 2nd January 2026 and reopen on 5th January 2025 respectively. Please note that cashiers close at 11 am on the 24th and 31st December.
During this period of closure, bill payments can be made online by signing up for Ebiz or through the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank, Republic Bank, and First Caribbean Bank portals. Customers can also drop off cheques at our cheque drop box at our main office. To access our 24/7 automated customer support system customers can call 465-2000 to make bill payments, report faults, and check bill balances.
