About the Role
The Accounts Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Accounts Department and support the effective management of the Company’s financial resources. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and sound financial decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing cash flow, budgets, and financial statements
- Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and IFRS standards
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors
- Providing guidance and supervision to accounting staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional development
